Unless marked otherwise all are offered with warranty and will have a full service prior to handover where full instructions on operation will be given.

Our return to base warranty covers all items of original manufacture. This is NOT insurance backed, like many offered by other dealers, which have more items excluded than covered. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring you deal directly with us.

Please note: Used awnings (if included in a sale) are supplied at no cost and are not covered by warranty.

Following the closure of Caravan World, Sudbury Caravans would be pleased to take on any servicing requirements of their customers.

Caravan servicing: Sudbury Caravans are part of the Approved Workshop Scheme.
We can therefore service all makes of caravans & motor homes from new, fulfilling the terms of their warranty.
Our workshops are purpose built with specialist lifts to provide a comprehensive repair service extending to major insurance work and damp repairs. Our service personal are ACOPS Certificated.

Fridge service: Has your fridge failed on gas? 90% of the time a service will sort the problem out, from £57.00 inc vat

ALDE Heating fluid change: Does the fluid in your ALDE system need replacing? It is  recommended to do so every two years (to keep the anti corrosion properties) We have the pump system to change it and remove the air locks, £170.00 inc vat
